We have found that the method of giving pre-choreographed routines to new instructors is the most effective way for them to quickly become proficient in this program.

Our experience is that the more an instructor teaches Essentrics the faster they understand the program. With that in mind, we have designed this certification by giving instructors pre-choreographed routines to copy. 

Learning to teach Essentrics is like learning a new language; first you have to learn the vocabulary before you can have a conversation, requiring a lot of mimicking and repetition before it becomes natural.

The intent of this program is to allow you to begin teaching Essentrics as quickly as possible. 

After passing the tests in Level 1, you will become an apprentice which qualifies you to teach pre-choreographed classes. However, most instructors choose to become fully Certified Essentrics Group Fitness Instructors.

Certified Essentrics Instructor:

After successfully completing Levels 1-4 send a final DVD of you teaching the pre-choreographed routine #4. Upon successful evaluation you will be recognized in our database as a Certified Essentrics Teacher.

Personal Training and Sports Certification Workshops:

Exclusive for certified Essentrics instructors only; these workshops will teach you how to evaluate and apply Essentrics techniques when working with athletes or personal training average people. They will include performance enhancement, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
